Shipping methods

1. Couriers ( DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, EMS...)

Courier service fastest delivery and it's the most expensive shipping method. All couriers clear the customs and deliver parcels to receiver's address, there is no need for receiver's to clear the customs and pick up from the couriers. It's ideal for small size and high value products, weight less 45 kgs and volume less than 2CBM.

DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS usually takes 3 to 7 days for delivery. EMS takes 5 to 14 days for delivery.

Airway bill number available for track on couriers' Web site for each shipment.

Note: Couriers may pay import tax in advance for the parcel and then bill the receivers when the parcel delivered. Some couriers require receiver's help to clear customs.

2. Air plane

Delivery by air plane only available for main airport only. The destination must be an international airport and has customs there.

Airway bill number and airway bill copy will be available after shipment. Receiver's can track shipment on airlines' Web site.

Delivery by air plane usually takes about 15 days. Receiver's will be required to clear the customs from the destination airport, pay import tax to the customs if there was any, responsible for delivery from airport to their own warehouse.

Delivery by air plane is ideal for weight over 45 kgs and volume less than 2 CBM.

3. Sea (boat, container)

Shipment by sea (boat, container) is ideal for bulk orders. Average shipping cost per item is this cheapest among all shipping methods. Container can protect cartons and products well.

Original B/L ( bill of lading), invoice, packing list and other documents will be required to clear the customs in destination sea port.  Receivers will be required to clear the customs, pay the import tax, handling fee, delivery the goods or container from sea port to their own warehouse.

Shipment by sea takes 10 to 40 days, depending on the destination sea port. We usually ship from the port of Shenzhen ( Yantian, Shekou).
