1. How do you delivery your products?
Yes! We supply worldwide drop ship by DHL, FedEx, EMS.

2. Can I buy your products in my private name and have the products sent to my home?
Yes! You can buy our products in private name or company name. We can send the products to your home or office by DHL, FedEx or EMS. We also can supply drop ship ( send products to your family, friends, customers per your request).

3. Are your prices negotiable?
We adjusted our discount from June 20, 2009. Buyers can enjoy more discount as following:

1~2 units for one model: 0% discount
3~4 units for one model: 3%discount
5~9 units for one model: 5% discount
10+ units for one model: 10% discount
50+ units for one model: contact us

Please note above discounts valid for the same model in the same order only. Discounts is not valid for mixed orders, shipping cost and accessories.

4. Do I have to pay tax after the price and is there any hidden charge?
All prices showing on our Web site include tax in China already. There is no need to add tax. There is no hidden charges. But please note that you might be required to pay import tax or customs duties when you receive the products.

5. Does your price include shipping cost and import duties in destination?
No, all our prices don't include shipping cost and import duties.

6. What's the total amount for the products I choose including shipping cost?
Please put the products you want into shopping cart, select your destination country and choose shipping company, the total amount will appear automatically in shopping cart as following ( no registration required):

7. How long I have to wait after I pay?
It usually takes 1 to 3 days for us to prepare and inspect the products after receive payment if the item is in stock. It will take 3 to 5 days for us to build a new one if it's not in stock. It will take another 5 to 10 days for courier delivery.

8. How do I know when you send the products and how to trace the shipment?
We will send tracking number (airway bill number) to you by email after we send the products. You can trace the shipment on couriers' Web site to see the status of your parcel.

9. Have I go to the post office or customs to pick up the parcel?
If the products send by DHL, UPS, FedEx or EMS, the courier will delivery the parcel to your home or office. If the parcel sent by Hong Kong Post, you have to go to the post office near you to collect the parcel after arrive.

10. Is there any additional cost when I receive the parcel?
There might be import taxes (customs duties). Please contact local DHL, UPS, FedEx or customs to find out.

11. I want my order to be sent to another address or orders to different shipping addresses, it it possible?
Yes, please click "change address" button when you checkout to add new shipping address or select shipping address.
