Return Policy
We supply 100% satisfaction ! If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately by email, phone or through our customer contact form so we can promptly resolve it for you.
Product Return Policies
Due to the nature of the product, there are no refunds accepted, only exchanges.
We can accept exchange before we produce the product. If you need to exchange something during our production process and before shipment, there will be a 25% restocking fee for the abandoned products. If the order has been shipped, the sale is final.
If the products arrives damaged, you will need to get the courier's writing confirmation. Once we receive confirmation from the courier about your specific claim, we can ship a replacement. If writing confirmation can't be supplied, we will be glad to send you spare parts to repair the damaged products if you can have it repaired in your side, otherwise you have to send the products to us for repair but you will be responsible for the shipping and any custom/import fees, to and from our facility.
Custom signs - There are absolutely no returns or exchanges for custom signs or custom products. Please make sure that you verify all information prior to ordering.
For your protection, please be sure to send back the item in the original shipping container and insure the product for the full value.
Please test the products upon receiving the parcel, please try to avoid remove it from the original inner box or only with minor damage to the package box. If the product does not work, contact us immediately through by email. Unproper package may cause damage during return.
It usually takes us about 3 to 7 days to build a new one if it is not in stock.
Cancellations
Customers' 100% satisfied is our goal. If your order has not been processed, you can require to cancel the order. Please note that you cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped.
