Warranty Policy LED signs

All our products carry one year (12 months) warranty from date of purchase. Warranty does not cover customer negligence or physical damage. The warranty is based on the product being returned for evaluation in the original box. Please keep all original packaging for the duration of the warranty period.

Under warranty terms, customers will be responsible for the initial shipping (to our warehouse) for testing.

Upon initial arrival of product: All orders are guaranteed to arrive without breakage. If upon delivery and following the instructions for testing the product does not work, please contact us by email within 24 hours.

If there was any damage or shortage, please ask the courier to issue a prove of damage or shortage, we will supply free repair or repair support or free replacement.

Product not returned in its original packaging will null & void the original warranty. In addition, the shipping fees and any repair charges will be the responsibility of the customer. You must contact us and get our approve prior to shipping the product back to us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please allow 4-8 days to ship the repaired, or a replacement product.

Our warranty doesn't cover user's faulty, such as fall, reform and so on.
